We bought a condo unit at Avida Towers Alabang in 2011, during its pre-selling stage. Three years after, it was turned-over to us. Sweat, hard-work and tears paid off. Its a good investment, because the unit is in well maintained condition and pretty new, and it’s already earning. Unless, you want to use it yourself, we can transfer the tenant to our other unit.
Maybe you want to ask, “if it’s a good investment, why are you selling it?”. Well, there are 2 main reasons; first, we are already very happy with its appreciated market value from the time we bought it “pre-selling” to now. Second, we want to move forward and invest some more — that’s why we need to liquidize this asset. We’re eyeing to buy a house and lot in our neighborhood. Honestly, it feels scary and crazy again, letting go of a sure cashflow for us, which is this unit, and trying a new investment. By the way, this unit has a clean title. Its not loaned or financed.
